1. All clients are expected to conduct themselves with decorum in the EPC Coaching Portal as well as any group chats. Profanity, negativity, and abuse to others (this includes your coaches) in the groups or App will result in immediate expulsions from the program and all forums of Phyz Factory Coaching.
2. During this program we expect a level of commitment from the client to adhere to plans and be active in the pursuit of their journey. This includes weekly updates to your coaches, check-ins via the form provided by your coach, following the plan set up by the coaches of Phyz Factory, logging workouts, and cardio sessions so we have an accurate idea of your level of commitment. We reserve the right to cancel and remove any client we see not fulfilling or taking the program seriously.
3. While not mandatory, it is advised to garner the most from the program that attendance to the Webinar calls be as frequent as possible. These webinars hosted by your coaches and esteemed guest speakers provide a socially interactive way for clients to seek answers to their questions as well as provide informative information on diet, nutrition, supplementation, and training. As well as provide the clients tips and tricks that make your progress much easier.
4. Phyz Factory also encourages all clients to be active in the EPC Portal. We find it most beneficial to ask questions in these groups first prior to asking your coach questions about your plan unless those questions are private. These groups were established to provide a community and wealth of knowledge from others that have come before you. Most frequently asked questions on plans have usually been asked prior by other members of the group and you are more likely to garner a quicker response from the members than your coach.
5. The client is expected to maintain the payment for the duration of their program as agreed. Cancellation of the fees will result in immediate suspension of access to the Train Heroic App and further coaching from Phyz Factory and doing so within the agreed period. The client will not be entitled to any time left remaining on their program to their next payment date.
6. If cancellation is required it should be done by you, The Client. Your finances are your responsibility, we simply facilitate the programme. If you wish to ask, or request us to look into your membership we expect a minimum of 30 days notice prior to the cancellation of the actual payment. 7. Renewal. Following the end of your initial program term, your program will be changed to a monthly recurring subscription, and will be AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED. Unless we terminate it, you must give a minimum of 30 days notice to cancel your subscription, by notifying us by email at [email protected]
(receipt of which must be confirmed by email reply from us). Cancellations of less than 30 days will not be accepted and any billing periods within that 30 days remain active and are due upon renewal, and are non-refundable.
8. Refunds. We offer a 100% money back guarantee if you are unsatisfied with the results, provided you adhere to the program perfectly, and log all of your meals and workouts through, as well as provide your weekly check in form without fail every single week. Everything must also be updated consistently on a weekly basis.
